Our January Caregiver of the month is Abi! Abi joined us with some experience as a family caregiver but minimal professional experience as a Caregiver. She has a huge and compassionate heart as she has over 20 years as a schoolteacher, and this compassion was immediately evident. Abi quickly expanded her knowledge and experience base and leveraged her interpersonal skills to maximize her impact. She has displayed her ability to connect with her clients and create a positive environment. Abi is always looking for ways to help and is often the first to volunteer to care for new clients. Abi displays exceptional empathy and understanding and will go the extra mile for her clients. Abi is another great example of the exceptional caregivers that make up our team!
