We are proud to recognize Shenesa as our March Caregiver of the Month. This is the second time that Shenesa has won this honor! Shenesa is a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) who joined our agency in January 2024 and quickly began to shine.

Shenesa has been a Caregiver for many years and is universally loved by all of her Clients. In fact, in the past month multiple Clients’ families have reached out to hire Assisting Hands because they personally saw how great a caregiver that Shenesa was with another Client living in a care facility with their loved one. In both cases, the family requested that Shenesa be part of their care team. Shenesa has even been recognized and asked to speak at a Celebration of Life for one of her long-term Clients that unfortunately passed away earlier this year following a brief illness. What a great compliment to Shenesa as well as our entire agency. Common compliments for Shenesa mention her patience, thoroughness, hardworking nature, compassion, reliability, attention to detail, and caring nature.

Shenesa is always willing to cover open shifts, and steps up whenever needed. We are so happy to have Shenesa as a valued member of our Assisting Hands family, and she is another great example of how we work to set ourselves apart.
