After many years as a technology company executive in bayarea, I found myself searching for something more meaningful—work that aligned with my values and gave deeper purpose to my life. What I discovered was not a new passion, but one that had been right in front of me all along. I come from a large family with more than 20 relatives over the age of 80. Caring for aging loved ones was not an occasional experience—it became a meaningful part of my life. Over the years, I helped support several family members, and later my sister and mother during some of life’s most challenging moments.
While those experiences were difficult, they also brought clarity. They showed me firsthand the difference that compassionate, reliable care can make for both seniors and their families. Once I realized where my passion truly lay, the transition into caregiving felt natural. The only question was who to partner with. That search led me to Assisting Hands Home Care, a family-led organization whose values closely mirror my own. We share a commitment to helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home while always putting care, compassion, and dignity before profit.
Today, my mission is simple: to help families navigate the caregiving journey with confidence and peace of mind. My team and I strive every day to provide exceptional care, build lasting relationships, and be a trusted partner during important times.
