Her late father, a U.S. Army veteran, also shaped her commitment to serving those who have spent their lives serving others. Their legacies are at the heart of the mission she carries forward today.
With a Ph.D. and MBA, Erica brings more than two decades of leadership, healthcare, education, and business experience to Assisting Hands Home Care Gilbert. Her career has included executive leadership roles within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, where she has worked with major health systems and healthcare organizations to advance strategy, strengthen partnerships, and elevate the customer experience. She has also spent more than a decade educating and mentoring adult learners as an adjunct university faculty member.
Today, Erica brings that same commitment to excellence to families throughout Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, and surrounding East Valley communities.
