Trained for Real Life
Before their first shift, caregivers complete orientation and training in CPR and First Aid, safe transfers and fall prevention, infection control, and client rights and dignity.
Caregivers working with clients with dementia receive additional training in communication, redirection and managing difficult moments. Training continues throughout the year.

In most cases we can have a well-matched caregiver in your home within 48 hours of your first call. If the fit isn’t right, tell us and we’ll make a change.
Supported Every Step
Our Care Coordinator stays in close contact with every client and caregiver, with regular check-ins and quality visits in the home. As needs change, we update the care plan so care always fits.
