Who can benefit from home care services?
Home health care, often covered by Medicare and Medicare Advantage insurances, includes shorter visits from a Registered Nurse or a Physical Therapist for skilled services. Because they are medically necessary, these services must have a doctor’s order to show that the services are required to promote healing or prevent hospitalization. Through our Geriatric Case Management service, Assisting Hands Gulf Coast will assist you to get access to these benefits that you are entitled to have.
Families often combine home care and home health care services to meet their needs effectively.
