Assisting Hands – Serving Boca Delray announced today the launch of the “Caregiver of the Month” program. The program is designed to reward local caregivers for their exceptional dedication in their caregiving activities.

This recognition inspires caregivers to strive for excellence and creates a sense of pride and rewards hard work and dedication. A tradition of great caregiving means that we take care of our own employees as well as we take care of our clients.

The criteria used to select the “Caregiver of the Month” is as follows:

• Training advancement and continuing education: (35%)
• Evidence of having provided exceptional care: (35%)
• Low number of late alerts and no-show rate: (15%)
• Demonstrated scheduling flexibility for work arrangements: (15%)

Clients (caretakers) can nominate a caregiver if they think they deserve to be honored for their outstanding work and elderly care service. You can nominate a caregiver by sending us an email to [email protected].

In the email body, please include:

• Nominee name
• Nominee hometown
• Nominee contact information, including email address and daytime phone number
• A specific explanation of what makes the person a great caregiver (anywhere from a paragraph to 500 words will do)
• Current photo of the nominee (if you feel inspired and want to send us a short video, even better!)
