Our caregivers provide the elderly, disabled, and others needing assistance the option to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with their daily needs, avoiding falls, preventing medication errors, and addressing Alzheimer/dementia concerns.

CNA & HHA Caregivers Wanted

Make a Difference Every Day

Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for a rewarding career in home care? Join our team and help seniors, veterans, and individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes and wherever they call home.

What You'll Do

One-on-one care (providing care to one client at a time)
Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Assist with mobility and daily living activities
Run errands
Safely transport clients to appointments, activities, and other assigned destinations as needed.
Observe and report changes in clients’ condition
Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition
Remind clients to take medications as directed (non-medication administration)
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

Qualifications

Current CNA or HHA 75-Hour certification (as required by state regulations)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
Ability to pass a background check (Level II)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous home care, assisted living, or nursing facility experience is preferred but not required
