McKenzie has been the Branch Manager of Assisting Hands Home Care since February 2021. She first joined the team in 2017 as a Client Care Coordinator and has been dedicated to supporting families and caregivers ever since. With a background in healthcare that began in high school, McKenzie brings years of experience and a genuine passion for helping others to her role.
Born and raised in the Treasure Valley, McKenzie is proud to serve her community and lead a team that provides compassionate, dependable care. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her three kids in their various sports and spending time with her family and friends.

Rebecca plays a vital role at Assisting Hands as Hiring Manager, overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new caregivers. She carefully screens candidates, supports them through background checks, and guides them through training to build a strong, compassionate team.
Shaylynn has been part of the Assisting Hands team for over four years, bringing dedication and heart to her role as Client Care Coordinator. She coordinates caregiver schedules, onboards new clients, verifies insurance, and ensures records are accurate – keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
