Daniela Momtcheva owns and operates Assisting Hands Park Ridge with her sister Jasmine Panayotov. Daniela and Jasmine were born and raised in Bulgaria and at a young age, they were helping their parents provide care for their grandmother.
Daniela and Jasmine both currently reside in the U.S. and continue to provide care for their mother back in Bulgaria. The challenges of providing care for her mother long distance have helped Daniela understand the importance of quality in-home care services and the value they can bring to families in need.
Daniela strives to provide families in the Park Ridge, IL area with peace of mind knowing that their elderly relatives are in the hands of highly qualified and compassionate caregivers.
Daniela earned her first master’s degree in electronics engineering with a pedagogical specialty from Technical University Sofia, Bulgaria. She then attended the D.A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov, Bulgaria where she earned her second master’s degree in marketing management.
After earning her degrees, Daniela spent 6 years as the Director of Business Marketing Development and Public Relations at “Dr. Ivan Seliminski” Hospital in Sliven, Bulgaria.
When she came to the U.S., Daniela became the assistant vice president of a national bank, a position she held for over 14 years before becoming the owner of Assisting Hands Park Ridge.
Daniela has a unique professional and personal background that helps her run Assisting Hands Park Ridge efficiently and provide her clients with compassionate care and customer service.
She understands first hand the difficulties of providing care for elderly relatives and is committed to helping families ensure that their relatives get the care they need in their own homes.
Daniela spends her free time volunteering with St. Peter Parish in Geneva, IL and helps with fundraisers and charity events, Catholic education, food banks, school projects, and “Feed My Starving Children.”
She also volunteers with the Humanitarian Service Project in Carol Stream, IL that helps feed seniors and children in need.
