NAMPA, Idaho (March 27, 2017) — The national office of home healthcare provider Assisting Hands Home Care (AHHC) today announced new, interactive websites for both franchise owners and franchise sales, as well as deals with two franchise management system providers — IFX Online and Rallio. Collectively, these initiatives will enhance franchisee support and communication as well as further long-term, profitable growth across the company.
The updated websites — www.assistinghands.com and www.assistinghandsfranchise.com — now provide sites’ visitors two-way communications via virtual assistants. Several new client families have hired the services of Assisting Hands Chicagoland as a result of the interactive feature.
IFX Online’s extranet portal provides AHHC franchise owners, vendors, caregivers as well as the national office a centralized, web-based portal for communication, collaboration, storage and document delivery.
Using the Rallio web-based platform, AHHC can efficiently manage its online presence as well as compare office-to-office growth. Rather than logging into multiple networks, AHHC has a single source to monitor social media comments and messages as well as analyze growth and performance. Rallio’s Reputation Accelerator, Revv, helps AHHC increase positive social reviews while improving its overall brand reputation online.
“After strategic planning, extensive research and a substantial investment, we are delighted that we were able to launch these technologies that will directly affect our franchise businesses and accelerate their growth,” said Lane Kofoed, Assisting Hands Home Care’s CEO. “From a competitive franchise sales perspective, many of our franchise owners are former executives and are welcoming these new systems that not merely meet but to exceed our owners’ expectations.”
