Deanna is Vice President at Assisting Hands Home Care, where she oversees franchise support with compliance and operational excellence as a core focus. She helps guide new owners through the franchise opening process and leads new franchise training across the network. With over 20 years in aging care, including multiple years as a home care administrator, she brings a hands-on, ground-level understanding of what it takes to run a home care business well. Her commitment to elder care is personal as well as professional, she led her own family through the process of finding care for her grandmother, who suffered from advanced-stage Alzheimer’s, an experience that continues to shape how she approaches quality and compliance in the field today. Deanna has a B.S. in Community Health and a Certificate in Gerontology from Boston University.
