Assisting Hands Home Care today announced its Miami, Florida location has received a 2013 Employer of Choice Award from quality satisfaction firm, Home Care Pulse. Assisting Hands Miami was one of 110 agencies named.
This award sets Assisting Hands and other winning home care agencies apart as a top employer with nationally acclaimed caregiver job satisfaction ratings. In order to qualify for the award, a company must rank in the top 50th percentile in one or more caregiver satisfaction categories, based on monthly caregiver interviews conducted by Home Care Pulse.
