National Office Hires Technology Associate Randon Clayton

NAMPA, Idaho (August 8, 2017) — The national office of Assisting Hands Home Care announced Randon Clayton has been hired as Technology Associate. Clayton was hired in April 2017.

Assisting Hands Home Care has made strategic efforts to improve technologies to better assist franchise owners, including new websites for both franchise owners and franchises sales, and the addition of the franchise management system IFX Online.

As a technology associate, Clayton will be responsible for assisting franchise owners with technology and account support. Clayton will update and maintain IFX, and add new accounts.

In addition to working on IFX, Clayton will also work with franchise owners on Facebook, Google Business, email and Assisting Hands University.

“I want to help create and nurture a more efficient and effective technology culture here at Assisting Hands,” said Clayton.

Clayton has a background in sales and technology, and he brings that experience to Assisting Hands.

“With our recent launch of new technologies, we are thrilled to have Randon on board to help guide these efforts and assist our franchise owners in accelerating their growth,” said Lane Kofoed, Assisting Hands Home Care’s CEO.

“I am committed to providing prompt and friendly technology and account support,” said Clayton. “I love the idea of a Family of Franchise Owners (FOFO) and I’m excited to be part of the team.”

Clayton was featured in Home Health Care News as a “Mover & Shaker” in the industry. Read the story here.
