Independent Survey Shows Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with Assisting Hands  Performance

Nampa, ID January 21, 2021 – Assisting Hands® Home Care was recently named a Top Franchise for 2021 by Franchise Business Review for the sixth consecutive year. This is an annual ranking of the 200 best franchise opportunities as rated by franchise business owners.

Assisting Hands provides in-home care for seniors and others needing non-medical assistance with the option that most people prefer – to remain in their own homes. They have experienced tremendous growth in 2020 adding 14 franchises for a total of 162 franchise territories, 16 area developments, 72 offices around the county, and new franchise owners in 7 states.

With a scalable business model that can grow with the professional and financial needs of their franchisees, Assisting Hands takes pride in their family-like culture. They provide ongoing support, comprehensive training, site visits, and full-service marketing support.

Franchise Business Review, a franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings and awards for franchise companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of the top 200 franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises.

Assisting Hands was among over 300 franchise brands, representing more than 28,000 franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research. Assisting Hands franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.

“There are thousands of successful franchise companies operating in North America, but many of those companies do not offer a solid investment opportunity for the actual franchise owners,” said Eric Stites, CEO of Franchise Business Review. “As an independent research firm, we rate the franchise companies in the marketplace today and identify those with the highest levels of satisfaction and performance among their franchisees in order to educate potential buyers and help them choose which franchise to invest in. The companies on this year’s list are the top performing brands in the key areas critical to their franchisees’ success.”

“The business of home care has always been approached by Assisting Hands as an opportunity to care for others within the community. This is part of our company’s culture and why our franchisees experience business growth and the satisfaction of being a home care provider,” said Lane Kofoed, CEO of Assisting Hands. “We consider our franchisees to be family and find it an honor to once again see that they feel the same. We are honored to receive this award and proud that our franchisees made it possible.”
