Assisting Hands® Home Care Named to Franchise Business Review’s List of the Most Profitable Franchises of 2020

Assisting Hands Is One of Just 35 Franchise Companies to Be Recognized for Strong Financial Performance and High Franchisee Satisfaction

Nampa, ID October 20, 2020 – Assisting Hands is identified by independent research firm, Franchise Business Review, as being one of just 35 franchise brands to be named an award-winning franchise in its 2020 report on the Most Profitable Franchises.

According to Dan Durney, Director of Franchise Development, “Assisting Hands provides the tools that their franchisees need to become a profitable business.”

Assisting Hands provides in-home care for seniors and others needing non-medical assistance with the option that most people prefer – to remain in their own homes. They have experienced tremendous growth in 2020 adding 14 franchises for a total of 162 franchise territories, 16 area developments, 72 offices around the county, and new franchise owners in 7 states.

With a scalable business model that can grow with the professional and financial needs of their franchisees, Assisting Hands takes pride in their family-like culture. They provide ongoing support, comprehensive training, site visits, and full-service marketing support.

Franchise Business Review, a market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only ranking of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes rankings of the top franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as guides throughout the year ranking the top franchises in specific sectors.

Assisting Hands franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity. Other factors included annual income of franchise owners and minimum startup capital requirement.

“Owner satisfaction, profitability, and long-term return on your investment are three of the most critical factors anyone should consider before investing in any franchise business. While there are thousands of franchise companies you could invest in, two-thirds of those franchise businesses are simply average or below average investments,” said Eric Stites, CEO of Franchise Business Review. “Our goal is to help prospective business owners understand which franchises offer both a strong financial opportunity, as well as extremely high satisfaction among their current franchise owners. The 35 companies on the list of the Most Profitable Franchises received the highest ratings from the franchisees who own them on our independent satisfaction survey.”
