Assisting Hands Home Care Trains ARs at a Two-Day Hybrid Session in St. Louis

St. Louis, Missouri – As the pandemic continues Assisting Hands ® Home Care was faced with the challenge of keeping Area Representatives (AR) safe while still providing them support. The solution was a hybrid training session held over two days in St. Louis the second week of November. Dan Durney, Director of Franchise Development said, “We were able to conduct a successful hybrid training of both in-person and virtual attendees. One of the reasons that it was such a productive event is because it gave AR’s an opportunity to ask questions and get the answers they needed.”

The ARs participated in a variety of sessions aimed towards implementing teamwork with National to assist franchisees. Dan himself trained the ARs on the process of getting a franchise lead and then walking that lead through the candidate discovery process. Special guest David Guesewelle, of Drumm Law, trained ARs about the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and the responsibilities of opening an Assisting Hands franchise.

Overall, the Assisting Hands National Team considered the hybrid Area Rep training a great accomplishment. Lane Kofoed, the organization’s CEO said, “Technology allowed those who could not come in person to participate, and many who came congratulated the AH National Team for putting on a great training. We were happy with the results.”
