Assisting Hands® Named to Franchise Business Review’s 2025 Culture100 List

Boise, Idaho – October 6, 2025– Assisting Hands® Home Care, one of the nation’s fastest-growing in-home care franchise networks, has been recognized by Franchise Business Review as one of the Top 100 Franchise Cultures for 2025.

Assisting Hands was among more than 350 franchise brands representing over 35,000 franchise owners that participated in Franchise Business Review’s independent research. Franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions evaluating their experience and satisfaction in critical areas such as leadership, core values, franchisee community, and engagement.

The brands selected for the Culture100 distinction received the highest overall ratings across 17 unique areas that contribute to a strong company culture. According to Franchise Business Review, the companies on this year’s Culture100 list were rated 20% to 50% higher than other franchise brands in key areas that drive positive culture.

“Finding the right culture fit is an important part of any franchise investment decision, but it can be difficult to gauge,” said Michelle Rowan, president & COO of Franchise Business Review. “Franchise Business Review gathers data on how current franchise owners rate a brand’s culture and compare it to industry benchmarks. That data gives potential buyers insights into important indicators of a positive culture, such as if franchisees believe the franchisor cares about their success and how well support staff and franchisees work together to achieve their business objectives. The companies on this year’s Culture100 list are rated significantly higher by their franchisees than other brands in the industry. If you’re considering buying a franchise, we recommend you start your search there.”

Lane Kofoed, CEO of Assisting Hands Home Care, emphasized the heart of the company’s recognition:

“At Assisting Hands, we’ve always believed that culture isn’t something you can manufacture but rather it’s something you nurture. Our Family of Franchise Owners thrives because we put people first, treating each other with respect, compassion, and support. Being named to the Culture100 list again this year reflects the strong relationships we’ve built with our franchisees, and it’s proof that when you create a family-like culture, success naturally follows.”

This recognition underscores Assisting Hands’ commitment to fostering a franchise system where owners feel valued, supported, and connected. With a network that continues to expand nationwide, the company remains dedicated to its mission of providing compassionate, quality home care to seniors and individuals in need, while maintaining the FOFO® (Family of Franchise Owners) culture that sets it apart.
