Assisting Hands to Break Ground on New National Headquarters in Idaho

Event Theme: Together We Build, Together We Serve

Nampa, Idaho, August 11, 2025 — Assisting Hands® Home Care will soon break ground on its new National Headquarters, a symbol of the company’s continued commitment to building strong communities and delivering compassionate care nationwide. The ceremony, centered around the theme “Together We Build, Together We Serve,” marks a pivotal moment for a brand that began in Idaho and now touches lives across the country.

Set for completion in 2026, the new facility will serve as the permanent home for the Assisting Hands franchisor team, as well as the locally owned Boise and Nampa offices. Located in the heart of the Treasure Valley, the headquarters will offer expanded space for leadership, franchise support, training, and operations, strengthening the foundation of one of the nation’s leading home care brands.

Cline Waddell, who founded Assisting Hands in Nampa, Idaho in 2006, reflected on the milestone:
“Nearly twenty years ago, we set out to serve our neighbors with dignity and compassion. What began as a small local agency has grown into something we never could have imagined, an extraordinary network of people across the country who believe in that same mission. Breaking ground on this new headquarters right here in Nampa is both humbling and inspiring. It brings us full circle and prepares us for even greater impact in the years ahead.”

The private groundbreaking ceremony will bring together the Assisting Hands ownership group, national leadership, and staff from the Boise and Nampa agencies. While not open to the public, the event will celebrate the people and principles that continue to shape the company’s legacy and future.

Lane Kofoed, CEO of Assisting Hands, spoke to the broader meaning behind the new facility:
“The Assisting Hands National headquarters is more than just a building. In the center of the valley, it represents our shared purpose of caring for others in our local area as well as the growth of our national footprint with over 125 Assisting Hands offices throughout the United States and the beginning of our international expansion. Serving clients and caring for those in need, the Assisting Hands headquarters in Idaho is a symbol of the care we offer and represents an extension of our values in every community we reach.

Eric Dahle, Co-Founder of Assisting Hands, added:
“Almost two decades ago, we started serving the local community. Since then, we’ve grown nationwide, but kept our local roots. We’re proud to take this monumental step and cement our headquarters for our National Office in Nampa by building this building.”
