New Addition to the Assisting Hands Home Care National Family

Not to be confused with Assisting Hands Home Care co-founder Gail Silverstein, Gail Stout joined our national team as director of support services.  Stout’s background is perfectly suited for this position.  She has owned her own agency, has operated the Orlando Assisting Hands office for several years, and has experience as a marketing director for another agency in Orlando.

Under our current director of franchise operations, Shana Kolman, who is based in Phoenix, we have grown and spread from sea to shining sea.  We recently realized we  needed to clone Kolman to service our franchisees on east coast.  Unable to clone, we have been searching for the right person, and in Stout, we feel we have found a gem.

Stout and Kolman have complimentary backgrounds, skill sets and experience in the industry and will make an impressive east coast/west coast support team.  Those east of the Mississippi will primarily contact Stout for support services, and those west of the Mississippi will primarily contact Kolman for support services, but both will train and support and will be available to all Assisting Hands franchisees as needed.

We are blessed by Kolman’s strengths in operations including finance and technology, which will be complimented by Stout’s experience running an Assisting Hands business and the marketing, human resources, and office management experience.

According to the International Franchise Association (IFA), one of the 10 key considerations before buying a franchise, is this:

One of the most important elements of a franchise is the ongoing support and contact you will have with the franchisor. For this reason, you should feel comfortable with the people you will interact with for a number of years.

Know that Assisting Hands Home Care’s national team strives to provide superior support to our family of franchise owners, and with team members such as Kolman and Stout, we can do just that.
