I lead with love. In practice, that means putting the person in front of me at the center of the moment, whether that person is a client, a family member, or one of our caregivers. It means paying close attention, being generous with time, holding ourselves to high expectations, communicating with both clarity and compassion, and staying open to learning.
Before I owned this agency, I was a French teacher, a family business owner, and a school administrator. Different work, but the same thread ran through all of it: connection, and taking care of the people in your charge. I brought that with me here, and it shapes the experience I want every client and caregiver to have, one grounded in trust, respect, and compassion.
My own family’s caregiving journey is what led me to this work. I helped care for my grandparents in Illinois and in Greece, and grew up alongside their health challenges. That is where I learned what attentive, loving care actually looks like day to day, and how much it means to a family during the most vulnerable stretches of life. There is no greater gift than a loving hand to care for you.

As an agency owner, my goal is to provide home care services that treat your family the way I would want mine treated, especially when you need it most.
I keep a daily reminder of that purpose on my desk: a coffee mug printed with the words of St. Maria Skobtsova of Paris. “Love one another, only, to the end, and without exceptions.”
Outside of work, my time goes to my family: my husband, Ryan, our two children, Gia and John, and our giant yellow lab, Misha. I read, I travel, and I get outside as often as I possibly can.
