The New Year:

We hope that everyone out there has been enjoying time with loved ones throughout this holiday season. We are excited to ring in the new year and look forward to sharing new and exciting components of our home care agency as we roll them out in the new year (including our new local blog)! Welcome, 2018!

Our Team:

We are appreciative for this first year of business, and are honored to be serving the residents of our beloved Austin, Texas. Thanks to our amazing caregivers and our growing team… we couldn’t do it without y’all! 4 of the caregivers that started with us on day one are now a part of our core team. Destenie, who was our first caregiver at Assisting Hands, was promoted in June and has been serving as the staffing coordinator. We also want to thank Becky, MSSW student at UT Austin’s School of Social Work, for joining our team and helping us partner with the school to best serve the older adults of Austin. We have loved meeting so many people throughout 2017 and working with so many amazing and caring families.
