This month, we’re thrilled to recognize Marlen as our Caregiver of the Month for the Schaumburg & Park Ridge, IL office.

Marlen began her caregiving journey, right here with Assisting Hands close to a year ago. She has made such a positive impact, her passion for caregiving shines through in everything she does. She truly enjoys helping her clients and finds fulfillment in helping them with even the smallest daily tasks that make a big difference in their lives. Marlen has shown dedication, professionalism, and genuine compassion in her short time with us.

Even as a new caregiver, she continues to learn quickly and goes above and beyond for those she cares for. As a caregiver, Marlen’s goal is to build long-term relationships with her clients and continue to be someone they can count on. She sees herself growing in this field, always ready to help in any way she can. We’re so excited to continue watching her grow and evolve as she continues to inspire those around her. Outside of work, Marlen loves spending quality time with her little one enjoying walks, cooking, or doing fun outdoor activities together. Congratulations, Marlen, and thank you for all that you do!
