Our live-in home care services involve one of our caregivers living in the home with your loved ones. For these services, we choose two caregivers who will take turns living in the home for 3-4 days at a time and then switch, ensuring that one of our caregivers is always present in the home.
Our services include: Light Housekeeping, Grocery Shopping and Meal Preparation
Our live-in caregiver will help your loved one with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, restroom use and getting dressed, as well as medication reminders, meal preparation, rides, and housekeeping. We will also be there through the night in case your loved ones need assistance or experience an emergency.
If your loved ones have lost their spouse, recently returned from surgery, or are dealing with chronic conditions, our live-in care services are ideal. Preparing for a Live-In Caregiver
Because we assign one caregiver to work a 3-4 day shift, the caregiver will need a private space to sleep at night and store their belongings. We ask that you please designate a space in the home for our caregiver and allow them to get at least 5 hours of sleep each night. At the end of their shift, the caregiver will prepare the space for the next caregiver.
24-Hour Home Care
The difference between our 24-hour home care and live-in care services is that a caregiver is always awake and alert in the home with our 24-hour care. We will assign two caregivers for your loved ones who will work alternating 12-hour shifts and they will each be awake their entire shifts to provide assistance and respond to emergencies at any time. Our 24-hour caregivers will not need to sleep in the home, so you do not need to provide them with their own space.
