QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 year of direct care experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willing to complete a CPR certificate

ABOUT THE ROLE
This posting covers two caregiving settings within our care team. Depending on your availability and experience, you may be considered for one or both:
Private Duty / In-Home Caregiver
One-on-one personal care and companionship in a client’s private home.
  • Provide personal care and daily living assistance
  • Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
  • Document care notes using a simple mobile app
Senior Living Community Care Team
  • Team-based resident care in an Independent Living community (New Hudson/Novi, MI).
  • Follow individualized scheduled care plans for each resident
  • Assist with personal care, daily activities, and answering pendant presses
  • Provide medication reminders as a trained Med-Tech (paid training provided — no prior experience required)
  • Document care using care sheets and a mobile app
  • Collaborate with a fun, smart, and dedicated care team
  • Note: Community is pet-friendly; residents may have pets in their rooms (pet care is not required of staff)
