Our November Caregiver of the Month is Cecilia Regaspi.  Cecilia was chosen as caregiver of the month because we feel that her values align with those that are most needed to provide the highest quality of care.

About Cecilia

Cecilia is qualified, dependable, industrious, and performs each and every duty of her job with great commitment for doing her best work.  We feel that this dedication to details, excellent communication with staff and family, and an overall humble attitude make clients feel relieved when they know Cecilia in on her way.

There is comfort in knowing that the caregiver arriving is someone you can count on 100%!  Cecilia wakes up early every Saturday and Sunday morning to be at her shift before 8am. Her old-fashioned, hard-working attitude help her earn the respect of elderly families in Arlington Heights. They tell us that Cecilia is thorough and friendly in the care she delivers.

While when you first meet Cecilia, although she may seem like someone who is down to business, she is incredibly kind, compassionate, and has a huge heart for her clients. She shows this love through advocating to make sure her clients have the best care at all times, even when it’s not the easy thing to do!

Cecilia tells other new caregivers to always follow the rules and be attentive in everything you do.  She says you should never hesitate to ask for help.

It was her grandmother who inspired her to become a caregiver and she wants to help other elderly families.

In her free time she spends time with her family and friends and cherishes every moment with them.

We are so proud of Cecilia for pursuing her dreams to become a nurse – we know those who she serves will be so lucky to be under her care!
