Many senior citizens in the U.S. have served in the armed forces. As seniors, those who have served in the armed forces may be eligible for benefits that can help them pay for much needed home health care. If you or a loved one is a former serviceman or woman and have reached senior age, you may qualify for health care benefits through Veterans Affairs (VA) programs.
