From the community: February Summit programs focus on obesity and exercise
…From Frail to Fit-How You Can Help the Elderly with Exercise will be presented by Richard E. Ueberfluss, physical therapist and owner of Assisting Hands Home Care on Wednesday, Feb. 21. Registration, which is required by Friday, Feb. 16, is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. when appetizers will be served. The program will follow from 5 to 6 p.m.
