When you or or a loved one is in the hospital or rehab center for an extended stay, our caregivers at Assisting Hands Home Care can help by providing hospital sitting, transitional care and post hospital care services. Our caregivers will not interfere with the care provided by the medical staff but instead provide companionship and personal assistance to ensure comfort. We will also be an advocate for patients and call the nurse or doctor when needed.
