They are W-2 employees, not 1099 contractors, and undergo Level 2 background checks, training, and continuous education to ensure high-quality, professional care.

We have a team of Care Managers and a team of Scheduling Coordinators who are all clinical professionals. Our Care Management team oversees each of our clients; they educate, support, and collaborate with families and our employed caregivers to ensure the care we provide is appropriate and meets the individual needs of our clients. Our team of Scheduling Coordinators works 24/7 to ensure our caregiving employees are assigned and prepared to meet the requested schedule of our clients. This specialized and personalized care sets our service apart from other organizations.
  8. How does Assisting Hands Home Care, Brevard Office ensure safety and reliability? Our caregivers are thoroughly screened, bonded, and insured. Our Care Management team provides regular supervisory visits and maintains on-going communication with clients, family members, and employed caregivers. Our caregivers check-in and out for each shift through a GPS-enabled mobile app.
  9. What are your minimum service hours? We offer flexible care options, with a minimum of 2 visits per week to ensure the best care experience. Visits can be one hour per day and up to 24 hours per day.
