Tyler Field, Owner and President, brings over 25 years of corporate business and client service experience from the insurance and home care industries. Tyler holds a BA in Business Administration and an MS in Emergency Services Management. He oversees all operational and financial functions. Tyler is deeply rooted in service and community — a commitment shaped by caring for his father through his cancer journey. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of what families need most during difficult times, and he is personally committed to bringing that same level of compassionate care to the seniors in Brevard. He ensures our clients receive exceptional home care that enriches their lives and provides peace of mind to their families.
Shawna Field
Shawna Field, Owner and Administrator, holds a BS and MS in Nutrition and Dietetics and brings over 25 years of health care experience, including 20 years working with the senior population. Shawna’s primary focus is overseeing the screening, hiring, and ongoing training of caregivers and staff, as well as ensuring compliance with all standards set forth by the Agency for Health Care Administration. She is passionate about equipping caregivers and office staff to provide the highest quality of care. Shawna is also passionate about serving her community — the same community she grew up in — by creating a safe and supportive work environment and by supporting families in their time of need.
