Why Use Our Checklists
Whether you’re a senior living at home or the loved one of a senior living alone, there may eventually come a time when you have questions about the ability to live independently but don’t know where to start. Our checklists give you a structured approach to better understanding the readiness for caregiving based on a senior’s life, health, and home environment.
How to Access and Use the Checklists
Visit our website’s Resources tab to find the Home Care Readiness Checklists page in the drop down menu, or click here. These tools are designed to be user-friendly, ensuring that everyone can benefit from them.
Both checklists can be printed for ease-of-use. Once you are on the checklist page, click the links to view each document. If you are using a desktop browser, click the print button in the upper right hand corner to download and print each checklist.
These checklists were designed to help you make the best informed decision about your or your loved one’s living arrangements. When filling out the checklists, to reap the best benefits, you should be completely honest with yourself.
