They do try to accommodate me in emergencies with aides. They try to get replacements so we don't have to adjust our schedule. It helps out a lot. I would always love to have more hours.

I like their personal service. The owner is very hands on and she is there at my home when needed and she takes care of our problems when they arise. It is definitely a positive impact because she can't do anything on her own. She needs them.

I like that one of the caregivers they send is always working with Sara doing things like walking and taking care of her. They have helped me maintain her health because my wife has something where her health will never get better but she is not getting worse.

The owner at Assisting Hands does everything she can to provide the service and meet our needs. They have made life easier for my husband who is severely handicapped. We have had great caregivers who can communicate with my husband and take care of his needs.

If one is sick, I don’t have to worry about it because I know they’ll find someone to take over the case. I am able to work and run errands.
