We will assign your loved one two live-in caregivers who will work shifts of 3-4 days before alternating. This way, a caregiver will always be present in the home to respond to needs or emergencies.
We will meet with you and your loved ones to perform an assessment of their specific care needs to form a home care plan. Our live-in caregiver will remain in your loved one’s home throughout the day to perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Our 24-hour home care services involve two of our caregivers alternating 12-hour shifts so that a caregiver is alert and awake in your loved one’s home 24/7. This allows our caregivers to provide more intensive care to your loved one and you will not need to provide them with a place to sleep in this situation.
