Each day before our caregivers clock in on our Caregiver Go app, they are reminded that if they or their clients are experiencing a fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms, they are to contact the office immediately for further instructions. Our caregivers will also be washing their hands upon arrival for 30 seconds and frequently throughout their shifts and upon clocking out.
While our caregivers are providing care, they will monitor our clients for possible symptoms and notify our office immediately. We have procedures in place to respond to possible COVID-19 symptoms and inform the POA or responsible party of the client’s symptoms.
