The warm weather in springtime always causes smiling, laughing people ready to take part in activities. This year, Assisting Hands Home Care hosted its second annual Egg Olympics to promote socialization and create bonding opportunities for all residents of senior living communities in the Milford area and surrounding suburbs of Michigan.
The Egg Olympics took place in local senior living communities and included many different spring-themed activities, games, and Easter-themed challenges to promote camaraderie, physical activity, and enjoyment among participants. Each Egg Olympics event brought energy and enthusiasm to the location of the event. The Egg Olympics are an excellent way for Assisting Hands – Milford, MI to reach out to the local communities and build meaningful relationships with their residents.
Bringing Seniors Together Through Fun and Connection

This year’s Egg Olympics took place at many wonderful venues for seniors throughout the community, including:

- Glen Abbey Assisted Living and Memory Care in Canton
- StoryPoint Livonia
- Sunrise Bloomfield Hills
- Willow Pines Retirement Community in Northville
- Oakmont in Northville
- Wixom Senior Center in Wixom
Each location brought its own unique contribution to the April Egg Olympics event, and the enthusiasm from the seniors for participating in games, activities and Spring celebrations was palpable.
