Lorain County Senior Network Monthly breakfast- April 13, 2023

On Thursday, April 13th, 2023, the Lorain County Senior Network held their monthly breakfast at Towne Center in Avon Lake, OH.  The purpose of these monthly meetings is to gather local businesses from Lorain and Western Cuyahoga County to come together to create betterment for the community.   At this breakfast, there was over 50 marketing personnel which led to a wonderful networking event in support of the betterment of Lorain and Western Cuyahoga County communities. In addition to the awesome networking, the guest speaker from Junior Achievement, Al Difranco, spoke to the group on the importance of volunteers in the School for Financial Literacy Education.  Great event, LCSN! … until next month, when the breakfast is at O’Neill Healthcare in North Ridgeville.  

Boomer Bash West – April 12, 2023

On Wednesday, April 12th, 2023, Boomer Bash West was held at LaCentre in Westlake, OH; the theme was 70’s disco night.  Thanks to the  sponsors that help with the event (not limited to)

It was a great time with wonderful light refreshments and good appetizers from local restaurants, along with over 50 vendors of information geared to the 55+ population.

Baseball show – April 7, 2023

On Friday, April 7th, 2023, North Olmsted Rec placed on a fantastic Baseball show with Mike’s collection of Baseball cards. Breakfast was served with Leah from Holy Family, Tiffany from Ganzhorn Suites, and Assisting Hands- Westlake, along with a brief presentation of the cards before watching Major League the movie. Great job, Mike and Tiffany, at North Olmsted Community Center- it was much enjoyed!
