Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt-free seasoning to taste
Directions: In a large pot, heat olive oil and cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in beans, tomatoes, and seasonings.
