Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $16.00–$20.00/hour, depending on experience and certifications

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver (CNA/HHA)
As a caregiver, you’ll support clients in their homes with daily activities that help them remain independent and safe, including:
- Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care
- Mobility Assistance: Safe transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
- Meal Preparation: Nutritious meal planning and cooking
- Medication Reminders: Helping clients stay on schedule with medications
- Companionship: Conversation, engagement, and emotional support
- Light Housekeeping: Laundry, dishes, and maintaining a clean home
- Transportation: Appointments, errands, and social outings
- Reporting: Observing and communicating client condition changes to office staff
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare or caregiving experience
- Level 2 Background Screening (required)
- CNA License or HHA Certification (preferred but not required)
- CPR certification and TB test (preferred)
- A compassionate heart, strong communication skills, and reliability
Training & Growth Opportunities
