Tim and Annie are the Owners. In 2021, Tim and Annie purchased the Fort Myers Assisting Hands location. Tim had an entrepreneurial spirit and wanted to be involved in a business that made an impact on others. His wife, Annie, had seen first hand the strain that is placed on families caring for loved ones through her mother caring for her grandmother. They have worked diligently to make Assisting Hands – Lee & Charlotte County into the company it is today.
Carole is our Client Care Manager. Carole earned a degree in Liberal Arts and started as a CNA at 18 years old. She then worked as the Resident Services Director of an Independent Living CCRC and worked for Hope Hospice, as well as Shell Point as the Volunteer Coordinator. Carole knows each of our caregivers and clients and prides herself on building quality relationships. Carole started with Assisting Hands in 2014!
Rhonda is our HR Recruiter. After moving to Florida, Rhonda began working as a caregiver at Assisting Hands in 2014 where she gained 9 years of caregiving experience. In 2022 she was offered the position of HR recruiter and graciously accepted. Due to her background, Rhonda knows exactly what it takes to be a great caregiver and is fantastic at finding good, quality caregivers for our clients.
Morgan is our RN. Morgan graduated from Shenandoah University with her BSN. Throughout her nursing career she has gained experience in trauma, cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, oncology and infectious disease. In 2017 she stopped working in the hospital to help care for several family members with declining health and recognized the need for a good support system and respite care for those caring for loved ones at home. Morgan joined the team in February 2023 and is passionate about providing high quality care for seniors in our community!
