Assisting Hands Home Care Earns 2022 Best of Home Care® – Provider and Employer of Choice Awards

Award-Winning Home Care Agency Serves Families in Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean Counties

Sea Girt, NJ–January 27, 2022–Assisting Hands® Home Care, a Sea Girt-based company that provides professional in-home care services to clients in Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean Counties, so they can remain safe and happy at home, announced today that it has received both the 2022 Best of Home Care® – Provider of Choice and Employer of Choice Awards from Home Care Pulse.

This is the third year in a row that Assisting Hands has been named a Provider of Choice for consistently exceeding industry standards for quality of care. The agency was recognized as an employer of choice for the second year in a row for exceeding industry standards for employee satisfaction.

“Our top-notch professional caregivers help us achieve our mission to provide the best care to our clients and their families that allow them to remain safe and happy in their home,” said Gerry Patrizio, owner of Assisting Hands Home Care. “Our caregivers are the heart and soul of this business as they dedicate their lives to helping others and I am proud to say that we have a 93% retention rate among our staff, which is almost unheard of in our competitive market. This figure backs up this recognition.”

These awards are granted only to the top-ranking home care providers, based on client and caregiver satisfaction scores gathered by Home Care Pulse. Assisting Hands Home Care is now ranked among a small handful of home care providers across the country who have proven their ability to provide an exceptional working experience to employees and the highest quality care to clients.

“There is no place like home and caregivers allow clients to age how and where they want,” added Patrizio. “We rely on Home Care Pulse to gather honest feedback about the services our certified home health aides give and the work experience so we can constantly improve the care we deliver and our work environment.”

Best of Home Care providers have contracted with Home Care Pulse to gather feedback from their clients and caregivers via live phone interviews each month. Because Home Care Pulse is an independent company, it is able to collect honest and unbiased feedback.

“At Home Care Pulse, our mission is to help home care businesses create an experience that goes beyond client and caregiver expectations,” says Todd Austin, President of Home Care Pulse. “Since these awards are based on real, unfiltered feedback from clients and caregivers, Assisting Hands Home Care has proven their dedication to providing a great work environment and solid training to employees, while maintaining their focus on client and caregiver satisfaction.”
