Assisting Hands Home Care Batavia was honored to participate in Senior Expo sponsored by Senator DeWitt in St. Charles hosted by Aurora Senior Services! The expo provided a wonderful platform for us to engage with local seniors, their families, and caregivers, offering them valuable information about our home care services and more.
What’s the purpose of these Senior Expo?
The Senior Expos organized by Senator DeWitt and Aurora Senior Services Associates were geared towards educating local seniors about the various resources available to them. These events provided a great opportunity for seniors to meet with service providers like Assisting Hands, who can help them navigate aging with confidence. Attendees were able to gather information on healthcare and home care services, senior living options, and other beneficial resources that can assist in improving their quality of life.
Our Experiences
Assisting Hands Batavia enjoyed being part of these insightful events, which allowed us to connect with seniors, their family members, and caregivers in a meaningful way. It’s always a rewarding experience to meet members of the community and provide them with information on how our services can bring values and support as they plan for the future. Through informative discussions, we got to learn more about seniors in our community and provide education on home care assistance.
In addition to connecting with the local community, we also had the chance to network with fellow elderly care service providers. Building relationships with other professionals in the senior care space allows us to stay updated on the latest services and organizations available, making us even better resources for the families we serve.
Thank You!
A big thank you to Senator DeWitt, Aurora Senior Services, and everyone who attended the expos. These events were invaluable for creating awareness and fostering connections within the senior care community.
