Our EnsureConnect Program
There are several options available when it comes to conducting these virtual visits. Our caregivers can visit with your loved ones through video chats, FaceTime, and phone calls. You and your loved ones can choose the option that is most convenient.
You can expect the following from our caregivers during virtual visits:
- Our caregivers can engage your loved ones in friendly conversations and virtual games and read to them. We will also provide reminders to take medications and exercise, ensure they have the supplies they need, coordinate home deliveries, and coordinate transportation to doctor appointments and other important engagements.
- Our caregivers can assist your loved ones with activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as additional activities like cleaning, prescription pickup, grocery shopping, pet care, and more.
- Our caregivers will notice changes in physical appearance, mood, and mental status. Our observations will be entered into our family-friendly online portal which will be available for you and your family.
When our caregivers come to your loved one’s home, we will follow CDC recommendation and use personal protective equipment to help keep your loved ones safe.
