Purpose of Caregiver Training!
Caregiver training is designed to help our caregivers to improve their in-home care for our clients.
Our caregivers undergo comprehensive training that covers various aspects of care for individuals with specific needs.
This includes understanding the symptoms and progression of diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia. They also learn to understand how to provide physical and emotional support as well as challenging behavior. Another key point is the importance to acknowledge the way you engage with different generations.
For example, the training assists you how to interact with those that have issues with hearing, dementia and those with special needs.
The training ensures that our caregivers are well-equipped to offer high quality and personalized care. In addition, we will always make sure our caregivers are up to date with their training in order to provide a safer environment.
Our employees are instructed to always follow the HIPPA law. This ensures that our clients health information is properly protected and secured. Lastly, this protects their privacy of medical records and other information provided to health plans, doctors, etc.
