Richard E. Ueberfluss PT, FACHE, MBA, OCS, MTC has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, rehabilitation services, home healthcare, and senior care operations. Throughout his career, Richard has worked across inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient physical therapy, skilled nursing, and executive healthcare administration.
Richard has served as a hospital executive, rehabilitation specialist, educator, and mentor helping healthcare professionals and organizations improve patient outcomes, operational performance, and community engagement initiatives.
In addition to healthcare leadership, Richard has been actively involved in professional education programs focused on fall prevention, senior mobility, dementia care, hospital readmission reduction, and caregiver education.
