Once mutual interest is established, you’ll receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), offering a comprehensive overview of Assisting Hands®—including financial performance, investment ranges, and operational structure. This step provides full transparency, enabling you to evaluate the opportunity with confidence.

You’ll also discover how our lower royalty and advertising fund contributions allow you to reinvest more of your revenue directly into your local business.

Sign the Franchise Agreement

Once you’re ready to take the next step, you’ll sign the Franchise Agreement and officially join the Assisting Hands® family. From there, your onboarding journey begins:

  • National Training & Onboarding: Gain in-depth knowledge of our systems, technology, compliance standards, and caregiver management practices.
  • Local Setup: With guidance from your Area Representative, establish your legal entity, office location, and key referral relationships.
  • Soft Launch Support: Receive hands-on, in-market coaching during your initial client onboarding and hiring phase.

You’ll also benefit from ongoing coaching, peer support, and regular business reviews—equipping you to grow confidently throughout your first year and beyond.
