More than 70 million baby boomers have served in the U.S. armed forces and many of them are now seniors who need some form of home care. If U.S. veterans are eligible for Veteran Affairs (VA) benefits, they can put these benefits towards the cost of home care.
At Assisting Hands Home Care, we provide home health care and respite care services for veterans in Aledo, TX as an approved VA home care provider. Veterans who receive VA benefits can use them towards the cost of long-term care and respite care from our professional caregivers. Veterans and spouses of veterans in need of these home care services can talk to us about our VA care programs.
To receive VA home care through this program, veterans and spouses of veterans must first receive VA benefits from the Veterans of Department Affairs. Veterans must apply for these benefits to see if they qualify, and they can use the benefits for our VA home care and respite care programs. You can expect quality, compassionate home care services that include personal care and assistance, and we can also help with household tasks like meal preparation and transportation. Our caregivers will always treat your loved ones with the respect they deserve and ensure that their care needs are met.
Qualified veterans and their spouses who receive VA benefits can receive care through the following Assisting Hands Home Care VA care programs:
