All are W-2 employees, not 1099 contractors, and undergo national criminal background checks, initial orientation training, and continuous education to ensure high-quality, professional care.

In addition, our caregivers are offered a supplemental Thriving at Home Certification training providing them with the ability to identify and escalate concerns and keep our clients healthy at home, and out of the hospital.

Our caregivers are thoroughly screened, bonded, and insured. Prior to the start of care, we provide a complimentary home safety evaluation – helping to ensure a safe environment for our clients and our employees.  Our Client Care team provides regular supervisory visits and maintains on-going communication with clients, family members, and employed caregivers. Our caregivers check-in and out for each shift through a GPS-enabled mobile app.

We offer flexible care options to ensure the best care experience. Visits can be from a few hours per day up to 24 hours per day, any number of days per week.
