We are excited to invite you to join us in-person on Friday, October 11th, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for a lively celebration with The Nature Connection. This month’s In-Person Memory Cafe will focus on the stunning rainbow of colors found in our natural world. You’ll have the chance to explore the captivating sights, smells, and textures of a variety of fruits, vegetables, and seeds in a vibrant array of hues. Plus, enjoy close encounters with beautiful tropical fish and meet our adorable Angora Bunnies, Peaches and Cocoa.
We’re excited to invite you to a special Drum Circle event at the JF and CS Memory Cafe on Friday, September 6th, from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Experience the powerful benefits of drumming, an ancient practice known for reducing stress, strengthening the immune system, boosting mood, and fostering creativity. Our skilled drum circle facilitators, Monique and Stephen, will lead you through this fun and beneficial rhythm-making session.

Join us for our next Jewish Family & Children Service Memory Café on Friday, June 7th, from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Audrey Albert King of Lesley University will lead dance/fitness. Audrey’s approach uses movement to feel better in body, mind, emotions and spirit. You will be gently guided through movement experiences set to soul-stirring music. Come as you are, no experience necessary…and leave feeling full of joy and vitality!
