Assisting Hands Boston is pleased to invite you to our upcoming In-Person Memory Café on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 1430 Main Street, Waltham.
This month, the JF&CS Memory Café will feature a music-filled dance and gentle exercise session with Dance instructor Art Sullivan. Art will lead us in dance and movement to great music.
Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy light exercise that’s adapted to all needs and abilities. No prior skills or experience are required.
